2018 | Matarromera Reserva 2018 unfurls a spectrum of aromas with ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums taking centre stage, interwoven with subtle hints of damp earth and limestone. On the palate, it asserts itself with vigor and distinctiveness, offering profound flavors of dark chocolate which, over time, will transmute into refined nuances of fresh leather and a faint echo of pipe tobacco. This red wine stands as a true hallmark of its category, boasting a depth that bodes well for splendid evolution. |

2017 | Matarromera Reserva 2017 is a red wine with exquisite aromas of ripe black fruits on the nose, accompanied by balsamic and spicy notes, a touch of cocoa and a subtle mineral nuance typical of the limestone soils where it is born. In its youth, its mid-palate reaffirms the fruit accompanied by a significant note of chocolate. An exclusive and elegant red wine that promises to age very well. | |
2016 | Matarromera Reserva 2016 is a mature red wine with frank and elegant aromas of strawberry and black fruit accompanied by spicy notes of cinnamon, liquorice, dark chocolate and roasted coffee. On the palate it is meaty, enveloping and elegant. A wine with good structure, silky tannins and integrated acidity. The finish is lingering and persistent. |
|
2010 | An elegant structure with sweet tannins on the palate that join body and elegance, well blended with a medium acidity. The same excellent aromas from the nose persist on the palate. These aromas combine complexity with a long, harmonious, elegant and persistent finish. Intense cardinal with a maroon rim. Very covered, clean and bright. Honest, elegant and very complex on the nose. Dominated by very ripe dark fruit aromas such as blackberry and red fruits such as strawberry and redcurrant. These aromas are in harmony with spiced nuances originating from its stretch in the barrel, such as cinnamon, vanilla, coffee, liquorice dark chocolate, leather, cocoa and roasted notes. |
