Zalto Universal Glass

Zalto Universal glass is a glass for red and white wine made by the brand Zalto. 

The Zalto Universal glass is a glass to taste red and white wines. With elegance and finesse, it has been created from a single piece of blown glass, from the edge of the chalice to the base of the stem.

The Universal Zalto glass has been named the perfect glass by Riesling, but it has also been accepted as a great glass for deeper wines, like Chianti or Burgundy whites. It is an attractive multipurpose glass that enhances the harmony, subtleness and richness of an extensive range of wines.

The brand Zalto was created in Neunagelberg, Austria, in 2006. The Zalto family, originally from Venice, has a long tradition in the manufacturing of glass. Specialised in the traditional manufacturing process, they work exclusively with hand-blown glass. This allows them to achieve extremely fine and light glass, produced without adding lead oxide, which gives it greater resistance to opacity. Their strictness when it comes to selecting the raw materials, and in the whole production process, together with its design, based on the inclination of the Earth’s angles, have positioned this brand at the top. Right now, it is a synonym of luxury.
