Since 2011, Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando have been at the helm of this pioneering project in the revitalisation of wines from the Soria region, an area of the DO Ribera del Duero renowned and exclusive for its pre-phylloxera vines, its altitude (over a thousand metres), its climate (very cold), its poor soils (almost untouched), and the size of its plots, which are very small, where this duo conducts an almost obsessive care of the vineyard.
