About Torre La Moreira

Torre La Moreira Albariño is a white wine from Rías Baixas produced by the Marqués de Vizhoja winery. This winery is located a few miles north of Pontevedra, Galicia, at the western end of the Iberian Peninsula.

Torre La Moreira Albariño is made from 100% Albariño. The grapes are grown in vineyards located on a 40 hectare farm in La Moreira, in the municipality of Arbo.

The development of Torre La Moreira Albariño begins with a harvest and manual selection.

Before winemaking, part of the flower or "must" is macerated cold with its skins for 24 hours. Thus a greater aromatic expression of skin is achieved without losing the fruity aromas of the wine.

Once this process is complete, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, this ends the development process of Torre La Moreira Albariño.
