About Terra Remota Camino

Terra Remota Camino is a red wine produced in Emporda by Terra Remota in Sant Climent Sescebes, Gerona.

This winery was created by Emma and Marc Bournazeau in the heart of Alt Emporda. It boasts 40 hectares of planted vineyards and a magnificent winery constructed in the middle of the vineyard.

Terra Remota Camino is made with the Garnacha Tinta (50%), Syrah (25%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) varieties, harvested manually in 10kg boxes. It ferments in wood and stainless steel tanks with a long maceration after destemming. It ages for 12 months in 500 litre French oak barrels.

On the palate, it is luscious and rounded, with a very pleasant smoothness. Its tannins are fine, and there are toasted notes that add depth, making this wine a balanced and delightful choice.
