The Tequila Volcán de mi Tierra Añejo Cristalino originates from the finest agave plants cultivated in Jalisco, Mexico, specifically from the regions of Altos and Valles. These plants thrive on volcanic soil, abundant in basalt and minerals, which were deposited there 200,000 years ago when the Volcán Tequila erupted, engulfing the land in magma. Since then, both areas and the mountain's foothills have become the ideal terroir for cultivating this premium quality plant, yielding a distinctive tequila.

This inherent nobility and fine character are preserved and nurtured throughout the entire production process of Tequila Volcán de mi Tierra Añejo Cristalino. Following autoclave drying and milling, the mash is transferred to stainless steel vats for fermentation and is then ready for the two subsequent distillations. From this point on, Tequila Volcán de mi Tierra Añejo Cristalino begins to distinguish itself through its aging process using a rare and unique method that combines aged tequila (rested for one year in American oak barrels) with extra-aged tequila (matured for three years in French oak barrels), subsequently removing the color and predominant wood notes.
