Tequila has discovered a new icon within the premium range: tequila 818, the latest beverage crafted by Kendall Jenner, which fully showcases the expertise of Jalisco.

Despite the criticisms and scepticism—most believed that behind this drink was merely a famous surname—Tequila 818 has achieved international recognition, and was awarded in 2023 as the best blanco tequila in a blind tasting in San Francisco.

Tequila 818 is the outcome of direct collaboration with master tequila makers in Jalisco. From the harvesting of the blue Weber agave (cultivated in the Los Valles de Tequila region and hand-selected), to the ageing in superior quality oak barrels, including the cooking in traditional twenty-tonne ovens (for 30 hours at 96ºC), the extraction in stone tahonas, and the fermentation with native yeasts in wooden and stainless steel tanks. Whether in its blanco, reposado, or añejo version, Tequila 818 is a spectacle not to be missed.
