About Peinado 100 Years Brandy

Peinado 100 Años is a brandy made by Bodegas Peinado made from wine spirits with an alcohol content of below 70 percent. These so-called "holandas," or distillates, are used as the base for this excellent brandy.

The distillates are made via direct fire distillation using holm wood as fuel from vines with healthy grapes.

When the distillates are finally selected, they pass through an ageing hall, where they are stored in casks.
