About Parajes de Cabriel

Parajes de Cabriel is a red wine produced by the Bruno Murciano & David Sampedro winery. This winery is located in Caudete (Valencia)

Parajes de Cabriel is a varietal Bobal whose grapes come from very old vines between 70 and 100 years old. For cultivation, biodynamic agriculture is used, in which toxic pesticides and herbicides are avoided.

The wine name refers to the little attention paid to the local variety of Bobal.

A red wine with low alcohol and high pleasure.

2013 Very fresh and sweet, with fine flavours of black fruit. Young tannins and correct acidity. Vegetal notes on a long finish.

Cherry colour with garnet rim and purple hues. Clean and bright.

High intensity, ripe black fruit aromas with spicy and balsamic notes. Floral and herbaceous.
2012 In the mouth, the same aromas noticed in the nose appear again. It is fresh, mellow, tasty and light. This Spanish wine has a good acidity and direct, lively and elegant tannins. It has a long finish with light vegetal notes and a good persistence which leaves fruity aromas at retro-olfaction. Excellent value (and pleasure) for money.

Intense dark cherry red colour with maroon edges and violet reflections. Clean and very bright.

Good intensity nasal aromas, dominated by its notes of ripe black fruit, its spicy nuances, its hints of black and white pepper, its aromatic herbs, rosemary, its vegetal hints and its elegant balsamic hints. A young, dynamic, fresh and fun wine.
