About Cabòries

Cabòries is a red wine from the D.O. Penedès located in Les Gunyoles, Barcelona.

Ramon Jané Viticultor aims to craft distinctive wines with a clear vision of preserving the environment, respecting native grape varieties, and minimising intervention in the production process. 

In the vineyard, he seeks a natural balance where chemical and synthetic products do not interfere, practising organic viticulture with all work carried out manually.

Cabòries is crafted from the red varieties Sumoll, Mandó, and a white variety Xarel.lo, employing an artisanal vinification with minimal extraction. It is stabilised for 2 months in oak barrels.

Cabòries is a fresh and light red wine, attributed to its blend of red and white varieties and the gentle extraction during vinification. 

2020

Mas Candí Cabòries 2020 is a juicy red wine with light aromas of red fruit, herbal notes and hints of licorice. On the palate, it’s fresh, invigorating and flavorsome. A wine with silky tannins, integrated acidity and a long, spiced finish.
