Tasting notes Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa

Manzanilla (75 cl.). 5 años bajo velo en flor.

Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa  is an exquisite-fortified wine that captivates with its intricate complexity. On the nose, it unfolds an array of aromas where almond and yeast intertwine harmoniously. On the palate, it is light and effervescent, offering a smooth texture with a distinctive saline nuance and a profoundly rich acidity. As it evolves, it hints at a subtle shift towards amontillado notes, suggesting the rich potential for further development with additional time in the barrel. Manzanilla Papirusa is a pure expression that harks back to the traditional manzanillas of yore. It is perfect for those embarking on their journey into the world of fortified wines.

About Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa

A lovely Manzanilla produced by the Lustau winery under Sanlucar de Barrameda, prepared using the traditional aging method of crianza and soleras and the Palomino Fino variety under a veil of flowers. A wine that takes us to the sea in the South of Spain.

A pure example of versatility. It can be enjoyed with a multitude of culinary offerings, among which is traditional Iberian ham, a special experience.
