About Sant Josep Llagrimes De Tardor Crianza

Llàgrimes de Tardor is made mainly from Grenache noir vineyards selection of more than 30 years, along with the mazuela, syrah and cabernet sauvignon.
Each variety is grown in different properties of different soils and different microclimates. The harvest is manual. Wine varieties separated by long maceration (20-25 days). Aging in French and American oak, new and seminovedosas. Is clarified and filtered very gently. It rests in the bottle a minimum of seven months.
