Located precisely in the province of Veneto, in the upper area of the village of Vicenza, its two owners—Andrea Dalla Grana and Enrico Friso—bear the responsibility of cultivating approximately five hectares divided into zones and grape varieties. Part of the grapes (such as the cabernet) come directly from the Mason Vicentino vineyard; the other part from Fara Vicentino, where the gropello, pinot noir, and merlot are harvested.  
 
Il Moralizzatore Cabernere is a biodynamic and natural wine with fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. Traditional methods free from chemical products are the principles that govern the production of this wine. Naturally, the conditions between the Astico and Brenta rivers also help, where the exposure and slope are favorable, creating unique and unrepeatable conditions elsewhere in the world. As for the soil, of volcanic origin, significant efforts are made to recover its essence, lost over many years, and now resurging more authentically than ever. 
 
Il Moralizzatore Cabernere is harvested with care, at the precise point of ripeness, ready to begin its journey to become wine. As with their other wines, Enrico and Andrea manually destem the clusters of Il Moralizzatore Cabernere and take them directly to the press, where they obtain the must. From here, the grape juice moves to the stainless steel tanks where it will ferment and rest for 12 months.
