About Lustau Fino La Ina

Lustau Fino La Ina is a wine produced by Bodegas Lustau located in Jeréz de la Frontera, D.O. Jerez-Xerés -Sherry.

Bodegas Lustau , founded by José Ruiz-Berdejo i Veyan in 1896, has evolved from its beginnings as a stock keeper. Nowadays, they have 3 wineries in the different cities of the Sherry Triangle, Jeréz de la Frontera, Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Bodegas Lustau has two vineyards in the Sherry Triangle, Viña Montegilillo, with white clay soils (albariza), very appropriate for the cultivation of Palomino. From this variety they obtains the musts for the production of manzanilla, fino, amontillado and oloroso wines. And Viña Las Cruces, near the coast, with sandy soils where they cultivate Muscatel and Pedro Ximénez, which they use for the production of sweet wines.

Lustau Fino La Ina is a wine made from Palomino Fino, following the traditional system of "Soleras" and "Criaderas", with an average ageing of 5 years in American oak.

Lustau Fino La Ina is a wine with a biological ageing, elegant and very dry. The aromas of dried fruit and nuts stand out with the notes of yeasts. In the mouth, it is round and balanced, with a long and persistent finish.
