About Finca Nueva Tempranillo

Behind a fresh, modern and fun image of a small hummingbird enjoying freedom as it leaves its cage, lies one of Miguel Angel de Gregorio’s most recent projects; Finca Nueva. A renowned Spanish winemaker and viticulturist responsible for the prestige of Finca Allende, Finca Coronado and Paisajes y Viñedos wines, he has now decided to try making a new range of pleasant, young and easy-to-drink wines at a very affordable price, aimed to reach everyone.

Finca Nueva Tempranillo is a single-variety Tempranillo from vineyards located on the right bank of the Ebro, in the village of Briones (Rioja Alta). A honest wine made with the wisdom of a great professional and the intention of just being opened and enjoyed straight away.


 

2018

Finca Nueva Tempranillo 2018 is a succulent red wine redolent with pronounced wild red fruit aromas, hints of violet blossoms, and nuances of licorice. On the palate, it is youthful, vibrant, and crisp. This wine boasts a fine acidity, supple tannins, and a velvety texture.


 
2008 Tasty, soft tannins, good acidity and liquorice aftertaste.

Cherry red.

Fresh fruity aroma with blackberries, blueberries, with a backdrop of roasted and balsamic.
