On the nose, it subtly reveals aromas of hay, straw, and white fruit, such as apple and pear. The barrel aging is harmonious, with delicate hints of pollen and dried yellow flowers adding elegant richness. El Hombre Bala Albillo is a white wine crafted from the albillo grape variety within the DO Vinos de Madrid, brought to life by Uvas Felices in collaboration with the winery Comando G.

Uvas Felices is an initiative undertaken by Vilaviniteca with the assistance of renowned wineries from various wine regions across Spain. For this wine, they have partnered with Comando G, a winery situated in the Sierra de Gredos, where its members, Fernando García from Bodegas Marañones and Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi from Bodegas Daniel Landi, strive to capture the essence of each parcel in every wine they produce.

El Hombre Bala Albillo originates from a selection of old vines over 60 years of age located in the Madrid town of Cadalso de los Vidrios. These vineyards are near the Sierra de Gredos, at an altitude ranging from 900 to 1,000 metres above sea level and planted on granite soil. They practice sustainable agriculture following organic and biodynamic principles, with manual harvesting at the optimal ripeness.

In the winery, the grapes of El Hombre Bala Albillo undergo a cold maceration for 24 hours. Afterwards, the whole clusters are pressed, and the resulting must ferments spontaneously with native yeasts over the course of three weeks. Finally, the wine is left to rest in used French oak barrels for 6 months.
