About Cune Rosado
Cune Rosado is a rosé wine from the D.O La Rioja produced by the winery, Cune. This is a single varietal from the grape Tempranillo.
The harvest for Cune Rosado is performed manually. On arrival to the winery, the grapes are placed in stainless steel vats at a low temperature to prevent them from fermenting.
The must is bled for the following 48 hours until they have obtained the correct colour. Subsequently, the grapes are fermented without skins or pips at a controlled temperature of 16-18ºC.
Cune Rosado is a young wine that is not aged. It is bottled without being clarified.
Cune is a leading worldwide benchmark, located in Haro and established in 1879. This was the starting business that formed the Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España, which today groups together and works with many more wineries.
