Just as the bond with your friends is something unique and exclusive, Clément Lavallée Saint-Bris Les copains d’abord Blanc is also a very special wine. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc in the A.O.C. Saint-Bris, this white grows by the banks of the Yonne River, in the Auxerrois region, within an old vineyard aged between 30 and 35 years. Specifically, the vines are west-facing and thrive on limestone soils, yielding one of the finest Sauvignon Blancs one can find. In this respect, this detail is also paramount as, until now, Chardonnay was the reigning white variety of Burgundy, which has now found a formidable rival. 
 
The excellence of Clément Lavallée Saint-Bris Les copains d’abord Blanc is further elevated when discussing its cultivation and production, which are completely organic and environmentally friendly, eschewing any pesticides or synthetic products. All of this was thoroughly ingrained in Clément Lavallée during his years working across various French and Australian wineries, where he became convinced of the superior results yielded by natural processes. Following the harvest, carried out at the optimal moment according to Clément's judgment, the grape clusters are promptly taken to the winery and directly to the press.
