Undoubtedly, Anna de Codorníu, the most iconic sparkling wine from Codorníu, is renowned for being the first cava to deviate from the traditional blend of parellada, xarel·lo, and macabeo by introducing the chardonnay variety. However, what truly distinguishes Anna de Codorníu is its youthful, fresh, and modern image. A design that perfectly complements its contents, and now, in its rosé version, it goes even further. Anna de Codorníu Brut Rosé Sleever features a new-generation personalised bottle. Through the sleever, a type of packaging with great adaptability, it elegantly dresses the bottle, giving it a most alluring identity. In this way, Codorniu, the authentic cathedral of cava located in the heart of the DO Cava in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia since the 16th century, expands its range of possibilities to a young, modern audience eager to enjoy life.

Sourced from vineyards of pinot noir and chardonnay, Anna de Codorníu Brut Rosé Sleever vinifies each variety separately, and after blending, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the méthode champenoise, along with the liqueur de tirage (a mixture of sugar and selected yeasts). The bottles are lowered into the cellar, where they will remain for an ageing period in contact with the yeast lees for a minimum of 12 months. After this period, they are disgorged to remove the sediments deposited during the second fermentation, and the liqueur d'expédition is added. Finally, the bottle is sealed with a cork stopper and is ready to dazzle with its finest attire.
