About Adar Kosher

Adar Kosher is a red kosher wine from the D.O Ribera del Júcar produced by Elvi wines. This is a blend of the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Syrah.

After being harvested, the grapes are selected from the selecting table. Subsequently, are fermented between 25ºC and 27ºC for 16 days in stainless steel tanks.

The winemaking process of Adar Kosher is performed in anaerobic conditions with the wine constantly moving.

Following on from this, the wine is subjected to a
spontaneous malolactic fermentation in the same tanks.
Adar Kosher is aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels.

Finally the wine is lightly filtered and then bottled.

2008 Fruity and tasty. Mature tannins, pleasant acidity and smoothness.

Cherry red with a purple rim.

Expressive and shows an abundance of notes or fresh and red fruit with aromas of undergrowth.
