A. Sine Blanco Bag in Box 3L is a young white wine from the D.O. Terra Alta made with the Garnacha Blanca variety in the El Vi A Punt winery.

Oriol Pérez de Tudela runs this project with the aim of uplifting everyday wine. El Vi a Punt makes simple but good-quality wines that are convenient, practical and durable thanks to the Bag in Box packaging.

The Garnacha Blanca variety used for A. Sine Blanco Bag in Box 3L comes from Gandesa (Tarragona). Prime wine-making areas located at the mouth of the Ebro river with low-organic-matter soil and a changeable climate. The harvest happens early to ensure good natural acidity.

In the winery, the grapes used to make A. Sine Blanco Bag in Box 3L are pressed lightly and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15ºC for 18 days with select yeasts.
