His journey has taken him through Vicent Sipp, Château Mangot, Raphaël… but his path led him back to the Loire Valley, to Noyers-Sur-Cher, his ancestral home, where he established Domaine des Quatre Piliers. Since then, an ecological ethos has steered the winery's course towards considerable success (it must be acknowledged).
