From its hills, designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, Bruno Rocca ventures further, daring to craft a rosé vinification in Bruno Rocca Langhe Rosato. 
 
Bruno Rocca Langhe Rosato is an exceptional wine as it is crafted solely from a single clone of nebbiolo known as rosé. It is quite unusual to encounter a monovarietal made from a single clone, but in the case of Bruno Rocca Langhe Rosato, this rarity is manifested in the finest way imaginable! From the outset, organic cultivation and a profound respect for the environment have been steadfast commitments at Bruno Rocca. Initially, it was just a small plot; now, the manual labor and ancestral wisdom of this family are applied across the 12.3 hectares they currently own. Imagine the potential quality of this wine, which began as an experiment—shared among friends, employees, and relatives—and ended up as a resounding success that everyone clamored for more of. 
 
Bruno Rocca Langhe Rosato is hand-harvested in small crates, with an initial selection of the finest grapes from each vine. Bruno Rocca Langhe Rosato is then processed, pressed, and the must briefly macerates with the skins. Subsequently, Bruno Rocca Langhe Rosato commences fermentation and will mature for three months in stainless steel tanks.
